Thai Yoga Floor Massage
a workshop

Grab a partner and come to our Thai Floor Partner Massage Workshop, where you will learn some simple Thai Massage moves and hands-on basics. This massage is done fully clothed on the floor. You’ll bring a yoga mat and rotate with your partner as you’re guided through a full-body sequence.

You do NOT need any experience with bodywork/massage to participate in this class.

Yoga - The Basics

This is a movement class with discussion. Great for never before-ers, beginners, or once in a while-ers.

You’ll learn the format for the average yoga class, basic poses, modifications, and leave feeling confident that you’ll know what to expect (and do) in a group yoga class setting.

Movement & Breath Meditation
a workshop

This is a workshop that allows you to tap into your body and unwind by using movement and breath creating a choreographic type meditation.

As a mover, I find it difficult to sit and quiet my mind, so I created a series of movements that allow me to focus on my breath, clear my thoughts and be present. We begin with a yoga-like warm up to get our body ready for these movements.

No dance background needed!

Learn hands-on techniques from a Massage Therapist’s point of view to enhance your classes/clients experience. For Professional Yoga/Fitness folk!

Body Maintenance Series
a [two-part] workshop

Learn how to roll out tension in your muscles with self-massage using balls and foam rollers. Learn how to stretch common tight areas, all while implementing breath work to encourage optimal release. I break it down into upper body and lower body, typically done over a weekend (or two day period).

Hands-On Basics
a workshop

From the expertise of a Massage Therapist you will learn touch basics. Whether you work in the medical field or as a fitness instructor this workshop brings you the basics of touch. You will explore the different hands-on techniques as applied to muscles, you will also learn about touch with intention, how to pay attention to your client/patient and know from looking how your touch is effecting them.

This is different than the Hands-On Savasana workshop. We will focus on intention of touch and hands-on techniques.

Retreats are an amazing wellness adventure!

Whether you go solo and join a group or want to get your own group together — the experience you have is priceless. Retreats can be as little as one day to as long as week. They can be as local as your neighborhood to as exotic as across the globe! The options are endless. It’s a curated experience based around the practice of yoga. Different types of workshops can be implemented to personalize your retreat idea. Our participation can be as involved as planning the logistics to simply showing up and teaching.
